Poker players in the northeast will be excited to hear that BetMGM and Borgata have partnered to bring a live major series back to the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa. The Return championship event consists of four events that will run January 2–8, 2023, at The Borgata in Atlantic City.

This addition to the calendar for Borgata poker tournaments will undoubtedly be a highlight of the year for many competitive poker players. The four events players can look forward to during this tournament are:
- The $3M Championship Tournament
- The $1M Mystery Bounty event
- The Borgata Bounty
- The Super Survivor Event

The $3M Championship Tournament
A $5,300 buy-in will get you a seat at The Return’s main event, the $3 million Championship Tournament, with a guaranteed $3 million prize pool. The winner at the final table will take home the $1 million first prize with no payout structure adjustments. This event takes place between January 4 and 8.

The $1M Mystery Bounty event
A guaranteed $1 million in bounties will be up for grabs when Borgata hosts its first-ever Mystery Bounty event, which will take place on January 2 and 3, 2023 using the Deep Stack Mystery Bounty format. The mystery bounty format differs from other bounty games in that players will draw Mystery Bounties immediately after eliminating another player from the event. The action will assume the form of a No Limit Hold’Em and players will have the option of re-entry. The winner of the event will be awarded the main prize of $250,000.

The Borgata Bounty and Super Survivor Event
The final two events hosted by Borgata during this tournament are the $1,000 Borgata Bounty Event and $10,000 Super Survivor Event, which will take place between January 6 and 8.

Secure your place with a qualifying event
The numerous qualifiers are posted on the BetMGM Poker app. The first of these is scheduled for November 20 and another live qualifier is scheduled for January 3 – a $540+$60 Big Stack No Limit Hold ’em event which will guarantee 10 players a place in the Main Event.
