Two new slot games from the beloved Rakin’ Bacon franchise debuted on the casino floor at MGM Grand Detroit in September with plenty of fanfare.
Rakin’ Bacon Jackpots Bonus Wheel and Rakin’ Bacon Jackpots Bonus Board – both of which also launched online last month at BetMGM Casino – are now available to play at the casino property and are exclusive until October 15.
To celebrate the game launches, a private cocktail party was held in the Topaz Event Room at MGM Grand Detroit for 200 total guests, 100 of them being invited customers. Each invited customer received a $250 casino bonus on the BetMGM platform for these games.
Famed slots influencer and BetMGM brand ambassador Brian Christopher hosted the event, which featured the adored Cornsquelius mascot from Rakin’ Bacon dressed in a BetMGM jersey. The reception also included game demonstrations and a drawing, where Christopher pulled out the names of 10 winners to receive prizes such as Apple Watches and autographed football jerseys.
Invited customers were also able to participate in the “Big Pull” event on the casino floor to experience the game with five free spins at $18 each spin. Christopher cheered on participants as they played, and it was a very successful launch of new games within the franchise.
