While the entire series is appealing, there are some specific tournaments that deserve to be highlighted:

Note that there is a Sunday Main every week, but that is a staple of the BetMGM Poker lineup. It is a featured event on Sundays but not the Main Event of this series. The $1K Championship is the big finale of the BetMGM Spring Online Championship.

The schedule shows that some events read “TROPHY” on the schedule instead of the day of the week. That is meant to emphasize the 24 events that will culminate in the winners receiving physical, unique BetMGM Spring Online Championship trophies to accompany their cash.

There is another special feature of “TROPHY” events. They offer early registration specials. Players who register by the time the tournament starts will receive 100% rake back, money that will be credited within 24 hours of the event’s conclusion.
Pick-A-Card Promotions
The BetMGM Poker Spring Online Championship Pick-A-Card Bonus game is almost over. It runs through April 13 with daily chances for players to win tournament or satellite tickets.
Players who earn 20 BRPs (BetMGM Rewards Points) in a day through cash game or tournament play win a set of virtual cards. They can pick – at random – one of four cards provided, and the card will be:
- a $1,000 Spring Online Championship tournament ticket
- a $100 Spring Online Championship qualifier ticket
- a $10 Spring Online Championship qualifier ticket
- a $2 Spring Online Championship qualifier ticket
For those who’ve looked at the schedule for the biggest buy-in of the series, those keen eyes will have spotted the $2,500 Super High Roller tournament on April 21. It has a $100K guarantee on the prize pool.
For many players, this buy-in is out of their bankroll limits. But courtesy of the Spring Online Championship Super High Roller Pick-A-Card game, many of them will be able to play it anyway. Those earning at least 20 BRPs per day from April 14 through April 20 will qualify to pick one of these four cards:
- a $2,500 Super High Roller ticket
- a $250 Super High Roller qualifier ticket
- a $25 Super High Roller qualifier ticket
- a $5 Super High Roller qualifier ticket
More Bonus Opportunities During the Championships
Once the action gets rolling in the series, players can track their progress on the Spring Online Championships Leaderboard promotion. It begins on April 11, and points earned for finishes in the series will put players on the leaderboard. When it is complete on April 28 and all points are tallied, the top five finishers will receive:
- $2,500 for first place
- $1,000 for second place
- $750 for third place
- $500 for fourth place
- $250 for fifth place
Any player who earns at least 10 BRPs in a single day, or every day, from April 14 to April 27 will be able to participate in the special Spring Online Championship Spin the Wheel promotion. That wheel will consist of three prizes, available at random:
- a $1,000 Spring Online Championship ticket
- a $100 Spring Online Championship qualifier ticket
- a $10 Spring Online Championship qualifier ticket
